About me

A year ago I set myself a challenge to cook a recipe from every country in the world over the course of a year. I started my challenge in January 2016 and completed it on New Years Eve.

I have learnt so much from my challenge and I want to continue learning so I will continue to share my cooking experiences and recipes on this blog.
